The warranty does not cover racing transmissions or high performance/modified engines builds or final drive. IE. differential ring gear & pinions, half shafts, torque converters, etc will not be covered due to fact the vehicle can be used for any type of motor sport such as competition, speed trails, drag racing, street racing or similar use.

Wheels In Motion will not be liable for parts supplied by customers.

For engine builds the vehicle must be returned to Wheels In Motion for initial servicing at 500 miles then again at 1000 miles so the fluids can be changed, adjustments can be made and other items can be checked IE. re-torque of cylinder heads in some cases. Failing to return the vehicle at those periods will void any warranty.

Given the nature of a project or a nut & bolt restoration, there will be no time periods given. Details & photographs will be taken and sent to you as the project progresses. During restoration you are welcome to visit the workshop & see the vehicle at different stages of the vehicles progress.

Any changes to the vehicle are made under verbal contracts with individuals through a verbal exchange.

If at any point there is a disagreement over the time period taken or other, Wheels In Motion will ask you to take vehicle away and make payment for out standing work.

A storage fee of £135 per month will be charged whilst waiting for the customer to obtain their own parts unless the vehicle is removed and rebooked for repairs once the parts have arrived. Storage charges may increase due to the time period the vehicle is left at the workshop.

Parts left at the workshop will be charged a fee of £25 per month if not needed until the end of any project/restoration work as space is limited in the workshop.

To stop any inconvenience please remove vehicles or parts when asked.
